Good morning, Hornets!
We made it through the 2025-2026 school year! I hope you all have a safe and relaxing summer.
The 1st and 2nd grade honor program is at 9:00 am.
The 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade honor program is at 10:30 am.
Gym Set Up Today
1st and 3rd Grade will be seated closest to the commons. 2nd, 4th, and 5th grades will be seated closest to the cafeteria. The sections are labeled. I put the 3rd, 4th, and 5th labels on the back so people aren’t confused during the 1-2 program. I’ll switch those after the 1st-2nd program.
Today is an early dismissal day. Students are allowed to leave after their honor programs. There will be sign out sheets in the gym. If students are still here after the honor programs, early dismissal time is 12:45 for any remaining students. There is no after care on May 21st.
If students have a negative balance in their lunch account, please take care of it today,May 21, 2026. Notices were sent home Monday, May 18, 2026.
The plants SCA students have grown in our school greenhouse are now free for the taking! Stop by and give these student-grown plants a new home while supplies last.

Springville Heritage Festival
I will be sharing a lot of information about the Springville Festival! The festival is June 11-13 with a parade on the 13th. I would love to have all our clubs, teams, honor day winners, houses, etc in the parade. I can think of an opportunity for all our students to be in the parade! The festival includes an opening of a capsule from America’s 200th birthday celebration Springville had in 1976! There are some senior citizens who are really looking forward to the 250th birthday celebration this summer and this event. I hope that by working together, we can make it special. More to come, but please reach out to me if your group would like to be in the parade. Jayme Davis
