📚 Springville Academy Summer Reading Challenge 📖
The Summer Reading Challenge kicks off Saturday, May 31!
✨ Each week, track how many minutes your child reads from Saturday through Thursday.
📅 Then, email your total minutes each Friday to:

We’ll keep a running total and award one winner each in the following grade groups:
K–2
3–5
6–8
🏆 Prizes will be awarded at the end of summer, so get reading!

Free Summer Meals
Free Summer meals brought to you by SCA!
Breakfast for 7 days at a time will be available for pick ups on Mondays Starting June 2nd- July 21st 11am-1pm.
Daily Hot lunches are available for pick up M-F 11 am-1pm Starting June 2nd-July 25th.
Weekend Sack Lunches will be available for pick up Mondays Starting June 2nd- July 21st 11am-1pm!!!!!
We understand everyone's schedule is not as flexible for pickups just on Mondays. We do have forms that can be filled out for anyone who is wanting to allow someone else to pick up their children's meals. Those forms are available 11am-1pm everyday in the school or can be printed and returned to us in person M-F 11am-1pm. Please reach out to us with any questions about Summer Meals at the emails listed below:
Veteran’s Day Program
Monday, November 11th at 1:30 pm
Parents and guardians may sign their students out in the classrooms after the program.

After you drop off your little one for their very first day of school, come over to the Hornets Cafe and have some donuts, coffee, and milk with us. This event is for PARENTS ONLY.

Home Meal Assistance
Home Meal Assistance
SCA families should have received an email or letter about the new program called SUN Bucks. This program is a government grocery assistance for families who qualify. If your child already receives free or reduced meals at SCA, they automatically qualify. (Please check the address on the letter sent home with your student. If it isn't correct, please contact Becky Self at SCA).
