Happy Birthday to Easton Hearth and Elijah Norman!
Attention Students: Come out and support the volleyball team tonight at 6:00 pm. We will have a special student section for you. Students get in free and we will have concessions available. Things usually wrap up around 7:00 or 7:15 for volleyball games. Go, Hornets!
Fall Running Club and Limestone 5K Info
Limestone Capital Youth 5K on Saturday, October 3rd at 8:10 in the morning in downtown Bedford. Parents must attend the 5K with their child, there will not be volunteers available to run with them. This event is put on by the Bedford Parks Dept. - not a school event.
Please register for the Capital 5K at this link https://runsignup.com/Race/IN/Bedford/LimestoneCapitalHalfMarathonand5Kand 5K (runsignup.com) and select Springville Community Academy on the School Challenge page! Register your whole family; it is a fun family event! If we have the most entries for our school, we win the traveling trophy for the year!
We need some more middle school basketball players! Please let us know if you want to play.

SCA Spooktacular is Coming!
Our Spooktacular Candy Drive begins October 5! All donated candy will be pooled together to help supply our Trunk-or-Treat participants.
Want to host a trunk? We’d love to have SCA families, local businesses, and community members join the fun! Contact scahornetsptopresident@gmail.com or message the SCA PTO Facebook page to sign up.
Food Drive
SCA will be having a food drive to support Bertha’s Mission. Students would bring in the food items the week of 10/26-10/30 and up to Tuesday 11/3.
